Bookings and Payment |

· All bookings made prior to the start of the ski season are taken via Terama email address info@terama.com.au for the attention Booking Officer. Payment in full is required within 7 days by direct deposit to Terama bank account, which details will be provided when bookings are made. If this is not received the booking may be cancelled. · From Opening Weekend bookings including payment may be taken by our Lodge Managers. | Check-In is 5:00pm. Patrons checking out must have their belongings out of their room, food locker and fridge by Noon. All of your items may be left in the luggage area on the ground floor. Please assist in removing bed linen from bed, doona & pillows, clean and tidy your bedroom before leaving. | ||
